Make the Blueberry Purée
- Place blueberries, warm water, honey, and a pinch of salt in a blender.
- Blend until smooth, about 10–15 seconds. Taste and add another 1/2 teaspoon honey if you prefer sweeter.
- If you want a smoother texture, press the purée through a fine-mesh sieve into a small bowl, discarding seeds and skins.
Prepare the Lemonade Base
- In a pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice and cold water. Stir in 1 tablespoon honey if you want a bit more sweetness; mix until dissolved.
- Taste the lemonade base and adjust sweetness or lemon by adding a little more water or lemon juice to balance.
Assemble and Serve
- Pour the blueberry purée into the pitcher with the lemonade base and stir gently until well combined.
- Fill four glasses with ice. Divide the blueberry lemonade among the glasses. If you like fizz, top each glass with sparkling water (about 1/4 cup per glass).
- Garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs. Serve immediately and enjoy.
